    A one-hour Pilates or Yoga session with a private instructor who will tailor a specific workout to your needs and ensure proper execution of the movements.<\/p>\n

    Once the session is booked, you will receive an email invitation to join the class<\/p>\n

    Personal instructor in remote<\/h2>\n

    Our instructors share our values of discretion, commitment, and attentiveness. By default, we offer you all the available time slots. If you prefer a specific instructor, select them from the designated menu, and only their time slots will be displayed. <\/p>\n

    To ensure your comfort and safety, you will be asked to provide any existing medical conditions or constraints on the booking form. Our instructor will take them into account when preparing the session or will contact you if necessary. <\/p>\n

    You can book a session up to 24 hours in advance directly from our instructors\u2019 shared calendar using the Book an online session <\/strong><\/a>button.<\/p>\n

    Choose the time slot that suits you or filter by instructor. Once you’ve selected the slot, proceed with the payment for the session.<\/p>\n

    Upon reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to join the class. We will also send you a reminder SMS 48 hours before your session.<\/p>\n

    The online video sessions are available through the JitSi<\/strong><\/a> app. <\/p>\n

    Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the login link. Additionally, you will receive a 48-hours reminder SMS before the session.<\/p>\n

    Your personal coach will be waiting for you at the scheduled date and time of your session. Simply click on the login link from your confirmation email to connect.<\/p>\n

    Video sessions can be modified or refunded up to 24 hours in advance. Any modifications or cancellations should be notified via email to info@pilates-excellence.com<\/a> <\/p>\n

    Cancellations or modifications made with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice will be charged at the full rate as per our cancellation policy.<\/p>\n
